WiFi is too slow, especially in the evening. The bandwidth and speed do not support any video streaming or video call!

One of the Aircondition units had a leak. After men worked on it the leak still there after 2 days.

The staff are experienced and friendly. They really helped with the process while I was making the booking. Facilities are great. Location is great.

I wish they recognise returns stayers better. We have been regulars at Great World for the past 5 odd years.

Large spacious rooms, we’ll maintained. Facilities are great especially the play room for kids. Staff very helpful.

A bit pricey, but much better than other serviced apartments in Singapore.

Ease of checking in, the location, the staff were pleasant.

Tumble dryer was useless, was not enough furniture for a family of five, the pillows were rubbish, the fact that we had to walk to the car park instead of using the lifts.

Having a mall on premises was very convenient. The room was very spacious and perfect for our family stay. The staff are great and very helpful and accommodating. We will definitely be back, and with the new MRT station due to open next year, we look forward to the added convenience.

We had a small issue with ants (on the 30th floor) which were present on arrival. So I can only presume that the previous occupants hadn't kept things too clean and the clean prior to check in wasn't 100% thorough...but then we also requested to arrive a day early so can probably understand if things were slightly rushed due to our request. The pool is very very cool once the building's shadow covers it and could do with some kind of heating from the afternoon onwards. Our 5 Yr old went into hypothermic shock following a dip! An amenities briefing would've been helpful given it was our first stay (we weren't even given the WiFi credentials).

Loved this place! Check in was so quick, and a lovely touch of drinks and cookies etc on the table in apartment on arrival. The apartment itself was big and comfortable for our family of 5. Air conditioning in every room, washing machine very useful, and a maiden to hang clothes. Kitchen had everything you need, a dishwasher would have been nice though. TV & internet were fine, and the hotel mobile phone was so helpful!! We took if with us every day, it was great to have internet whilst out and about. We used the app 'grab' to get taxis, good price, and we never waited longer than 5 or 10 mins for taxi to arrive. Cleaning 3 times a week (mon, wed & fri), and all staff very friendly. Shopping mall just next door, with a good supermarket to get all your supplies. The pool was fantastic, clean, lovely temperature, and almost empty. The kids loved it. Little bit of traffic noise, but guess that's normal in singapore, didnt bother us. If we return to singapore, wouldn't hesitate to stay here again! Hope to be back one day!

لايوجد شطاف في الحمام وان الحمامات كانت ضيقه وليست واسعه

الشقة جدا مناسبة و إطلالتها رائعة ، كذلك الخدمات ممتازة جدا

الشقة فيها ثلاث غرف نوم وصالة ودورتين مياه ومطبخ متكامل بجميع الاحتياجات اللازمة ، وغسالة ملابس ومجفف ملابس وطاولة كوي .. الشقق تجتمع بنفس مواقف السوق ، وفيها سوبرماركت كبيرة جدًا فيها كل ماتحتاجه .. السكن آمن لا يدخله إلا السكان فقط ببطاقة الغرفة من جميع الأبواب ، موظفة الاستقبال سريعة بإجراءات الدخول وشرحت لنا بالتفصيل جميع مرافق الشقة وكيفية استخدام الأجهزة.. الموظفة كانت لطيفة جدًا وقد أرشدتنا لجميع الطرق المؤدية للسوبرماركت.. السعر عند مقارنته بأسعار سنتوسا يعتبر مناسب جدًا .. أغلب الفعاليات موجودة في جزيرة سنتوسا ولكن السكن غالي فيها لذلك اخترنا هذه الشقة ويوجد برنامج Garb التوصيل عندهم رائع يصل خلال دقائق وأسعاره مابين 10 و15 دولار سنغافوري للمشوار الواحد الذي يبعد 15 دقيقة فما فوق ، والشقق تبعد عن معظم الفعاليات 15 دقيقة تقريبًا..

١-بدايةً عند الحجز يرفضون سحب المبلغ من البطاقة ويطالبونك بطريقة دفع غير معتادة وارسلوا لي بريد يطلبون أن أدفع من خلال الرابط المرسل سابقًا وهم لم يرسلوا أي رابط وبعد مداولات ورسائل ارسلوا الرابط عن طريق رسالة من بوكينج وبوكينج في بداية الرسالة يخلي مسؤوليته عن محتوى الرسالة ؟!! كيف سأثق بالدفع لرابط بوكينج نفسه لم يتحمل مسؤوليته ؟!! اتصلت على بوكينج وقالوا أن طريقة الدفع آمنه فدفعت لهم عن طريق الرابط. ٢- أثناء الحجز من بوكينج يوجد تحديد وقت الوصول وقد اخترت الوقت أثناء الحجز ومع ذلك تمت مراسلتنا عدة مرات بخصوص وقت الوصول مما سبب لنا الإزعاج والقلق من طريقتهم وهل سيكون هناك أشخاص في الاستقبال ؟! وتفاجأت أن موظفوا الاستقبال متواجدون في كل الأوقات فلماذا كثرة الرسائل وما الحاجة لها ؟ ٣- عند وصولنا تفاجأنا بأن التنظيف 3 أيام في الأسبوع هذا حسب ادعاءاتهم ، اسم الشقة ( شقق غريت وورلد "المخدومة") يعني من اسم الفندق المفروض تكون هناك خدمة نظافة ونحن عانينا كثيرًا من النظافة ، الحق يقال أن الشقق نظيفة ١٠٠٪؜ عند دخولنا ولكن هل يعقل أن أسكن 9 أيام ولم تنظف الشقة إلا مرتين !! نحن أتينا لنستجم ونستمتع بوقتنا وليس لننظف ونكنس ونغسل دورات مياه .. اخترت شقق مخدومة لأننا لانرغب بالمكوث بمكان لاينظف يومياً ومع ذلك صدمنا من الوضع الذي اضطررنا للمكوث فيه ، وصلنا 8 مساءً ونمنا واستيقضنا ووجدًا عاملة التنظيف تطرق الباب في أول 12 ساعة من دخولنا ؟! وإذا عُرف السبب بطل العجب لأن الفندق يرسل لك بريد يسألك عن رأيك في الخدمة المقدمة لك ؟! فلذلك حرصوا في أول يوم أن ينظفوا وبعد ذلك عشنا في قرف. ٤- بعد يومين من وصولنا اتصلوا علينا من هاتف الفندق في الصباح الباكر يسألون متى سيكون خروجكم في أي يوم وفي أي ساعة ؟! حجزنا مدفوع كامل قبل وصولنا ومدة الحجز 9 أيام فلماذا السؤال ولماذا في هذا الوقت المزعج ؟! ثم بعد 5 أيام اتصلوا علينا على الهاتف المتنقل وكرروا نفس الأسئلة ؟! ثم في اليوم السابع اتصلوا وكرروا نفس الأسئلة ؟!! إزعاج متكرر لنفس السؤال مع أن الإجابة عندهم فالحجز مستلم المبلغ وغير قابل للاسترداد. ٥- الشقة ل6 أشخاص ولكن الأريكة في صالة الجلوس ل3 أشخاص فقط مما يضطرنا لعدم الاجتماع في منطقة المعيشة فالإنسان يرجع من رحلته الترفيهيه مرهق ويحتاج الجلوس في مكان مريح يكفي للجميع.

1. 地理位置还算OK，就是附近没有地铁站，不过一般也就Grab出行所以还算方便； 2. 楼下就是商城，能满足各种基本生活所需，注意：日常超市在地下一楼，地下二楼的是日本超市。。。 3. 前台很Nice，很热情，提供各种帮助和咨询。

这次安排的楼层，之前有备注要求尽量安排高层，但这次的楼层不是很高（14楼），和预期稍微有点不符。

房间很干净，很适合一家人出来玩。有厨房，可以烧一些自己喜欢的菜。旁边商场里就有超市，房间里也有冰箱，很方便。

退房的时候，说我们打碎了三个杯子，需要赔钱。最后经查看，杯子都好的。如果当时是着急赶飞机的话，就会选择赔钱息事宁人。无论是故意或是无意，希望在这点上还是要好好改进
